We have opened a new service for our customers which harnesses our branch network and click and collect capabilities with a reduced range of essentials available to customers. Below is a guide to how it works:
Guidance to protect you and our branch colleagues:
- Maintain a distance of 2 metres at all times between our colleagues and other customers
- Customers will not be able to enter the branch under any circumstances
- Due to social distancing guidance, colleagues are unable to take payments at the branch or issue refunds, we can only accept Click & Collect orders
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the Government’s Social Distancing guidelines and the need to stay 2 metres away at all times we regret that we are currently unable to process any returns or exchanges in branch.
For all orders placed after, or in the 30 days prior to 24th March 2020 we will extend our 30 day money back guarantee. This does not affect customer statutory rights, including if the goods are faulty or defective. The 30 day money back guarantee for these orders will then resume when social distancing guidelines allow physical returns in branch to recommence.

We have also re-opened our distribution centre with new social distancing measures in place to ensure that we can enforce the 2 metre rule for all colleagues at all times. Our available product range will focus on essential products required for the continued operation, maintenance and security of buildings and sites and their infrastructure.
Delivery to home and site is now available but deliveries may take up to 2-3 Business Days. We have temporarily removed the Pre-12 delivery and Saturday delivery services. Please note: all outstanding delivery orders placed up to midnight 23/3/20 are currently being processed, we will be in contact with an update on the order status in due course.
