We are currently not responding to queries relating to the following:

  • Requests for PPE, including face masks. We do not have any stock of these products and the remaining stock we had, much has been supplied directly to NHS
  • Requests to change or amend orders that have already been placed. Currently we are unable to amend or change orders, if you’ve missed something please place a separate order. Although we are currently unable to accept returns, we will be extending our returns guarantee
  • We are unable to provide recommendations for projects or jobs, or provide advice or guidance on which products to purchase
  • We are unable to provide you with information regarding our stock levels, this information is updated dynamically on our website
