Need to get in touch with the manufacturer of your product directly? Here’s where you’ll find helplines for all our suppliers – this is often the best place to start if you’ve got a question about your manufacturer’s warranty, or in the unlikely event of a product fault.
Our suppliers know their own products like the back of their hand – if you can’t find your answer in the product manual, give them a call and they’ll get to the bottom of it. Before you call, it’s worth noting down the serial number of your product and having a copy of your invoice to hand. You can find this by logging into your Toolstation Account and viewing Order History.
