Double PVC coated polyester. Two patch pockets with flaps. Zip front. Elasticated waist on trousers. Stud fastening on ankle. Main seams are welded. Draw string hood.

I do take some of the blame as I was doing squats to keep warm but I also think these waterproofs make you lose heat quickly. They did keep me dry though, kind of what you expect for the price.
