Worktop Jigs
Worktop jigs are heavy-duty routing templates used to cut precise mason's mitres, connecting bolt recesses and straight cuts in kitchen countertops.
Jigs come in various sizes and can be used for many purposes. Router jigs keep the material stable and straight while it is being cut. Hinge jigs ensure door frames are cut accurately. Worktop jigs can route recesses in sinks and other appliances. A jig can reduce mistakes while sawing and drilling, prevent waste and increase accuracy.
For tougher jobs, like cutting through thick kitchen worktops, you'll need to use a powerful 1/2-inch plunge router (typically 1500W or higher). You will also require a 30mm guide bush and a 1/2-inch router cutter of the appropriate length to follow the jig's template smoothly.
Achieve professional, accurate results on every kitchen installation with strong, reliable jigs from Trend, Unika, and DeWalt. Alongside our range of jigs, we stock handy accessories like jig pegs and hinge sinking drill bits.
