Sanding Pads

Sanding pads can be fitted to compatible power tools to sand large surfaces. They are also known as sanding discs or power sanding sheets and are available in various sizes, shapes and weights for use with different sanders. Sanding pads are typically made from high-grade aluminium oxide grit, which is non-toxic, creates minimal dust and has a long lifespan. They can also be made from zirconium and other abrasive materials.

What Are Sanding Pads Used For?

Suitable for sanding wood, painted surfaces, plaster, metal and other surfaces, every sanding power tool uses abrasive sandpaper pads. This includes orbital sanders, detail sanders and drum sanders.
