Product Details

Protect your pipes against freezing while preventing heat loss with this ThermaWrap pipe insulation. It’s a reflective aluminium foil bubble insulation specifically designed for pipes and ducts – it reflects radiant heat back into the space, helping to maintain the temperature of the pipes.

ThermaWrap is lightweight and flexible, so it’s easy to work with. Installation is simple, and you can cut it to fit any size. It will fit through tight gaps and around bends, and is highly resistant to water, mould and fungi.

The core bubble profile offers great thermal benefits, trapping air within the small bubble pockets. The outer aluminium foil layers increase overall thermal performance due to their high reflectiveness.

DELIVERY OPTIONS (UK mainland only)

Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above
Saturday Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 6pm Friday)
Sunday delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 4pm Saturday)

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job but fiddley to apply Ok if you don’t have any foil wrap leftover after insulation it’s basically foil bubble wrap insulation cut into a strip it also requires adhesive to make a decent job .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flexible, Simple and Effective The YBS Therma Wrap was incredibly easy to use, even in the tightest areas as cutting a strip, spiralling it round the pipe and taping was almost as easy as wrapping a parcel. The size of the pipe wasn't a problem either and we used it on thinner and thicker pipes. Where foam insulation had come loose, we wrapped it around that as well. My only word of warning would be not to leave the roll anywhere near someone who likes popping bubble wrap!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from YBS Thermal Wrap comparison Easy to use although not 100% confident with rating as even with 50% overwrap I could feel heat coming through whereas the split foam insulation on the same hot water pipe further along showed none to little heat transfer. This is however a fair trade if you have a difficult to lag bit of pipwork with twists and turns or in my case where the plumber had run the pipes tight under the floor boards not leaving enough room for standard foam pipe lagging.
