If you want a premium universal cavity closer that combines high performance with easy installation, look no further than Easi-Close XPS. It features a fully rigid plastic closer with a continuous XPS (extruded polystyrene) insulation fill – it’s lightweight, flexible and durable.
Easi-Close XPS is designed to reduce the risk of thermal bridging within a cavity wall or timber frame. With a high thermal resistance path of 0.88 m²K/W, it far exceeds the minimum requirements of 0.45 m²K/W. Supplied in a 2.4m length, this cavity closer comes with pre-cut grooves so you can easily cut it to fit various cavity sizes between 50-100mm.
