Great Price, Great Rad
Wanted a vertical radiator for the kitchen. Seen so many that are extortionately priced and then came across this. Installed by our plumber and so far i cannot fault it, give out a great amount of heat and looks great to boot.

Ximax Rad
Good quality radiator at a very reasonable price.Heats up really well in a previously unheated hallway. We had used a Ximax radiator in our last house so we were more confident with this brand than some of the other ones in the marketplace. Unfortunately one small chip on the front which we didn't notice until installed but will touch up ok. No co;d spots on surface of panels at all.

No quality control, bad workmanship
I purchased this radiator on 9 August 2022 and it arrived after a few days. Unfortunately, when my plumber arrived he noted the spot welding was faulty and one panel was loose. I contacted Toolstation to be told a new radiator could only be despatched once the faulty radiator had been collected. Frustrating as this was holding up completion of my kitchen. After a few days the new radiator arrived, I got my plumber back and unbelievably, the same issue, the welding points were faulty. I contacted Toolstation again and after 48 hours got a generic email to say someone would be contacting me to address the issue. In the meantime my plumber sourced a similar radiator locally and I've requested a refund. So, here I am more than two weeks after ordering and I'm waiting for Toolstation to collect the second dud radiator and give me my money back. This is really poor after sales service in my opinion.
