Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look great, but don't expect to be able to use all of the 10 you purchase To start with, when I collected the click and collect order from Toolstation there was one missing, and they had to refund me 10%. Not much use if I needed 10. One out of the 9 lights that I had remaining fizzed and when out the first time it was turned on. And the spring clips broke on two of the others. After swapping the spring clips with those on the faulty light I managed to end up with 8 out of the 10 I ordered that were actually useable. When I took the faulty light back to the store they didn't have a clue how to refund me another 10%.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good bright light fittings easily installed These were bought to replace non-fire-rated units to comply with EICR requirements in a rental property. There were 25 to replace, so the ease of fitting was a big consideration. The push-fit terminals were very effective with standard 1mm2 T&E, and although it took a lot of force the push the whole cable into the cable grips, the end result felt secure. The luminares are very bright - maybe consider if a lower wattage may be sufficient?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from order hasent turned up after 2 weeks I wouldn know if these are good or not as I havent received them yet !!!!!!!!! we can't contact anyone to talk to on the phone. We did an online chat and were told they will send some more, but they have arrived either !!! not sure where to go now, we have been waiting over two weeks
