These are stainless steel which is hard and brittle (not soft as one reviewer commented). Using your driver in short bursts rather than one go will help prevent cam out and ruined heads.

Excellent performance, but I would say you have to hold your drill exactly straight, because the metal is perhaps a little soft, and if the bit spins it will cam out of the head of the screw and ruin it, and you will have to extract and replace with a new screw. However, if you are careful this will rarely happen.
