  • Free Next Business Day delivery for orders over £25 to home and site is available for orders placed before 6pm
  • Saturday and Sunday delivery is now available for orders placed before 4pm on Friday for Saturday delivery and 4pm Saturday for Sunday delivery, see here for details
  • Pre-12 delivery service is now available. Place your order before 6pm Mon – Fri for next business day delivery by 12pm. Orders placed after 6pm Friday and before 6pm Sunday will be delivered by 12pm Monday. UK mainland
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an invoice email with the courier details and your tracking number
  • Alternatively go to MyAccount, click on your Order History, click on the TRACK icon to link through to the carrier website and the tracking details for your delivery

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ideal if cistern space is a premium. Cheap and cheerful. I went with it simply as the siphon is one of the smaller ones available and did not impede the float where the inlet and flush are inexplicably on the same side of the cistern. Flush feels slightly flimsy compared to my old one but it works every time which is good enough for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy item 32789 instead This item is rubbish. Mechanism cheap and doesnt flush properly. I returned it bought item 32789 which, as far as bog flushers go, is fantastic! .... and worked out cheaper because it comes with the handle so the handle I bought to go with the Thomas Dudley went back too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish i had purchased cheaper! I have been using the cheaper version, but because this cistern was hard to access i decided to purchase this more expensive one! The threads on the nut were very weak and kept jumping before the washer was watertight! After 3 attempts and nearly 2 1/2 hours, using sealer and finding an old nut i finally managed to be watertight! Success!!....NO, the unit would only flush when it wanted to and that wasn't very often!!! I then went back the next day and purchased my usual cheap siphon (Fluidmaster 77721), 1/2 hour later all fitted, sealed first time and flushes every time!! Now time to return this one for a refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basic but it works. I bought this on the advice of my plumber because the cistern wasn't very wide and the first unit I had purchased simply wouldn't fit. The siphon was a little sticky when first fitted, needing a couple of pushes to flush bit this quickly settled down and it now works easily. Good value compact siphon that does the job.
