The two sections extend to a length of 7m, providing working heights of up to 7.45m (based on an average user height of 1.75m and a 75° ladder angle). Please note - due to recent changes in standards, the sections of this extension ladder no longer separate.

You can arrange for the items to be collected, for a fixed fee of £9, by contacting our Customer Services team. The fee will be taken off your refund. There is no charge for faulty items being collected.
