Product Details

Requires no headroom or storage space in the loft. Precision manufactured in Europe’s Clean Tech Valley using renewable energy and PEFC sustainably sourced timber. The Nordic spruce construction uses traditional dovetail techniques that provide a strong, robust ladder for regular climbing. The continuous draught seal provides a tight air-seal to reduce draughts.

Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 6pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 6pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25, to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above

Saturday Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 6pm Friday)

Collection Details

We are fully open and delighted to welcome our customers into our branches. Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday

We advise that you check your local branch is open on the branch locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the branch you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok product but hard to install Once fitted it is a nice loft ladder however the instructions are diabolical to follow and the order of fitting is not clear as I had to install it 3 times due to bolts being fitted from behind the frame which can’t be done once in place!! Found out the hard way and injured myself on the spring just to make my day!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good cheap replacement This ladder was fitted to another casing. A customer managed to break the ladder after 3yrs. (Anybody found JUST the timber ladder cheaper anywhere?) The hinges are an improvement as the originals tore through the timber. I cant see the TB ladder doing anything like that any time soon.. Bolted/screwed on no problem with a few adjustments. Lock looks as though it could be a pita. Glad we didnt have to use it! Corners are stapled and slightly glued as opposed to all others we have fitted which have mitres, rebates or even dovetails.
