Product Details

Replace damaged, worn or tired door and window seals with ease using this uPVC universal seal from Stormguard. It's built to fit most uPVC frames on the market and can be simply pushed into the existing groove on the frame to restore them to weather tightness. That'll then help you to conserve heat, energy and money. The seal is also designed to fit products from Stormguard's Slimline Threshold range.

The oval seal measures 8mm across by 6mm deep, with a 5mm by 3mm flange to push into the groove on your door or window frame. It's perfect for making doors and windows secure against rain and severe weather, and the black colour will fit with decor of all kinds. The seal can be cut to whatever lengths you need.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems to do the job! Fairly easy to work with and has done a good job on the one window I've replaced so far. Price was better value than buying the 20m lengths. Time will tell how long it lasts compared to the originals as it seems softer. I used a car interior spudger to save my thumbs and that seems to work ok.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A quick fix for sealing draughty windows. I’ve been forced to work from home so the office in the bedroom’s next to the window. It’s at this point I realised how draughty it was. A quick inspection showed the seals were hard, perished and next to useless. Ordered and collected from Toolstation that evening. Installed immediately. Job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy way to keep draughts at bay We had some time without central heating and during a pre-Christmas cold snap, I decided that was the time to stop draughts coming from our uPVC windows and door. This seal is well made and replaces worn out seals very effectively: just make sure the long edge is towards the outer edge of the window or door, and rub a little washing up liquid onto the groove where the seal fits in to help it into place. An easy way to keep draughts at bay!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relatively easy for a beginner Relatively easy for a beginner, once I got positioning of seal lined up right, took little effort to just carry on, if went awry, quite easy to backtrack and redo then carry on. Need to get it at angle so you are already got one flange inserted , and thumb pressure pushes the other one in.OK then.
