Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor instructions, poor fittings, and not metric. This suited me as the bottom pivot fits to the door jamb and avoided my 14mm floating timber floor. But, no doubt made in foreign parts, it must be made for the USA market as measurements are in fractions of an inch. Pivot roots are 7/16in and require a drill that size – in metric Britain! Our toolboxes contain metric drills, not the 11mm equivalent for 7/16, but timber bits come in 2mm increments above 8mm. So why not make the pivot root 10mm? The screws provided are a mystery. Are they Pozi , or are they Phillips? I can’t get a good fit with PZ1 or 2, or PH 1 or 2. This applies to all the screws supplied. Next the steel quality, especially the brassed hinge screws, despite the fact that I always select a suitable driver clutch, these just crumbled and had to be replaced. May have performed better had the bit fitted snugly. The screws to fit the track are no better, poor steel: indeterminate driver fitting – not Pozi 2, and why dome headed?. To fit the top pivots one needs to be able to slide the fixed pivot block along whilst getting the doors in-line. There is less than 0.5mm between the block and the slide, and they use dome headed screws ! I countersunk the holes and used good quality screws which allowed the block to slide past. An unsatisfactory experience.
