Roughneck Laminate Floor Cutter is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic bit of kit. Ignore all of the negative reviews, yes it needs a but of pressure for it to cut through the flooring but it is a cracking tool. Makes cutting through laminate flooring quick, simple and a lot less dust and mess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, easy and not much mess. Almost didnt buy due to some of the reviews on here but decided to give a chance and glad I did. Have to assemble but that's easy enough. Easy to use, alot less mess then jigsaw or mitre saw, dont get dust everywhere. To of board is clean cut, bit rough on edge but its hidden anyways. Wish I has brought one sooner. Ignore the idiots that gave bad reviews, clearly shouldn't be laying flooring.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job with less mess. Bought for 9mm. laminate. Accuracy of cut an issue, but as previous reviews stated, the cut ends are covered by the skirting.Certainly a lot quicker and cleaner than using a chop saw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good tool I've used this tool for 3 years now on laminate and vinyl clip together floor tiles in my opinion it has got better with use When first got it the blade seemed blunt but with plenty of use it got better Not recommended for use on 12mm laminate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cracking good tool - if you're using it right Reading some of the other reviews on this site and others, I wasn't going to purchase this tool but it speeds the whole process of laying flooring immeasurably. To the reviewer who gave up and went back to using a jigsaw because they thought it cut a better line, I'd recommend getting a professional to do the job: you shouldn't be laying the laminate up to the skirting board or trying to conceal your amateur effort beneath MDF beading but lifting the skirting board off the wall first! If you're struggling to cut with the guillotine, try standing up with your foot braced on the rear spar instead of kneeling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looked good in my opinion not suitable for purpose, blade wide with no sharp edge. when cutting 11mm laminate mullered edge and downward motion forced strip back on backplate damaging fixing edge. boxed it up and rturned it immediately

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad product Was only cutting 8mm laminate didn't like it, cut through 60% then damaged the rest of the board. Return back next day and demonstrated

Rated 1 out of 5 by from most pointless tool ever no sharpe blade on it to leave a clean cut a blunt one to just ruin the edge of the product it doesnt evebn come close to cutting the wood just attempts to squash it
