Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plugged it in, no volts Plugged it in to my mains to test using my multimeter and it gave < 1V across the clamps. Tried it on an old flat car battery (down at about 2V) and it did not go into charge mode. Was there some subtletly I missed in the instructions? Not that I could tell. ToolStation accepted its Return with little question. So fair play to them. Looked well designed but quality issue. Not idea where it is assembled. So all I can advise it that if you buy this product make sure you test it before you need it.
