Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for securing studding. First time I've used this. Seemed a logical solution to help set studs in concrete other than Rawlbolts. Be sure to drill the hole a few mil oversize to allow the resin to form an ample plug, squeeze into hole, put your stud in and square it up. Give it an hour to set then it's ready for use. Obvious statement but .... although its strong, don't overtighten fixings. Perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works just as Rawlplug say. I have not used resin anchors before and was anticipating problems with too fast setting from other reviews. Rawlplug's website provides technical info. showing drill sizes etc and indicates a working time of 2.5 minutes at 20 Celsius and 5 minutes at 15 Celsius. I found the resin remains workable for inserting the studding for a little longer in practice. Using M8 x 110 mm anchors, 8 vertical holes were drilled in brickwork and filled at a time. The dust must be cleaned out properly. A basic sealant gun was used with no problems as the resin is fairly liquid. The amount to use is hard to judge at first (about 50% of hole depth) and any excess needed wiping away before setting. I then used a plywood template to centre the studs accurately. The balustrade stantions were fitted with the nuts loosely tightened after 1 hour. They were fully tightened the next day. to allow the resin more cure time (probably unnecessary).. The whole was repeated after another day with two more short balustrades. The resin did not stiffen up in the tube except for about 3 mm just below the replaced cap - this was scraped out before fitting a fresh nozzle. Altogether, the system was easy to use and worked a treat - just follow the instructions!
