Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saving me a lot of money Been thinking about trying infrared heaters for a while . This Princess 350w works a treat , I've put it in my sitting room to use during the evening while I watch TV . Seems odd at first as it's a different heat to radiators etc but keeps me warm . Better still I don't need to use my gas central heating saving a fortune. I'll put panels throughout the house if gas prices don't drop

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far I'm impressed.... Only had it since Monday but quite easy to setup although had a problem with my WiFi as it needed to be on my primary one to work consistently. Like the app as it uses your location to provide the current weather and room temperature. I'm able to switch it on and off via Google assistant which is just as well as I use it to take the chill off my conservatory saves me going in there. Then I can exercise in a warmer space after running in the mornings. Still experimenting with how long I need to switch it on to get the room to a reasonable temperature I only bought the 350W model and my old heater was a 2kW oil convector. There's some interesting app features one called scenes allows scheduling and like events say change in weather or such like. Will update if I get to grips with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This technology is a great option If you are decarbonising your house or are all electric give these units serious consideration. I love the app interface for great control. The heat is different but in a good way. I am trying 3 at the moment but at about 1kw rating for all 3.... I'm using 1 per room, this is pretty impressive low energy option for many. I'm seriously considering decommissioning our existing 11kw electric boiler and central heating system to install these. I think it would cut our heating bills by 50 to 60%!. I'm also insulating well as this still remains the most cost effective intervention. Additional thermal blackout blinds at the windows also make a difference in both the summer and the winter.
