Can I use a 32mm drill bit in a standard combi drill?

Most standard 18V combi drills have a maximum chuck capacity of 13mm. You cannot fit a standard straight-shank 32mm bit into them. You can use a 32mm flat wood bit (which usually has a 1/4" hex shank) in a combi drill, but be aware that drilling a hole this large requires high torque.
