Covid-19 Update

  • Delivery is available but due to temporary service restrictions your order may take upto 3 business days to arrive
  • We have temporarily suspended our Pre-12 and Saturday delivery service
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an invoice email with the courier details and your tracking number
  • Alternatively go to MyAccount, click on your Order History, click on the TRACK icon to link through to the carrier website and the tracking details for your delivery
  • If your order contains more than one item it may be split into two deliveries as we manage volume across our network
  • Due to carrier constraints it is not currently possible to deliver age restricted items. Please use our Click & Collect service for these products

Due to current trading conditions we have suspended our Call & Collect service until further notice.

If you are using our Click & Collect service please note the following:
  • Order online or over the phone and collect in branch from 5 minutes later.
  • Ensure you check stock is available for collection at your chosen branch.
  • Check branch opening hours to ensure you have sufficient time to collect.
  • For items not available for same day collection, place order before 7pm Mon-Fri (4pm Sun) and you can collect Next Business Day (Mon-Fri) after 3pm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value shower This was as direct replacement for my last Mira shower. I considered upgrading but this shower does all that I need. I accept that in this hard water area any shower will only last a few years and therefore it is important that it fits perfectly and is a good price. I do like to new and improved large shower head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent This was a cheap replacement for a 10.5 Gainsborough shower. It was a "downgrade" to 9.5kw but nonetheless is much hotter and more powerful than the Gainsborough. Far better than I expected, but as a small negative, the water inlet is halfway up the left hand side so involved a coupling and an L shaped pipe (not supplied). They do have a kit but it's hard to get hold of!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant unit This is the second I have purchased to replace a couple of 12 year old miras. They work very well but make sure you fit it in a way that you can get at the filter. Should not be often depending on your water supply.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Good Shower dimensions not given, does not fit like for like as led to believe and now Toolstation not doing refunds. Have had to buy another shower elsewhere and now in excess of £100 out of pocket. Tried calling Toolstation - NO CHOICE. Time for a re-think on your part me thinks
