Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local branch is open on the branch locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the branch you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in branch, the order must be placed by 7pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 7pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A slightly different use for water pipe & fittings I needed to run a power cable to a log cabin in the garden. To make it safe and legal I used steel wired armoured (SWA) cable, and whilst this can be placed straight into the ground I wanted to add some extra protection, so used 32mm MDPE water pipe. This size pipe and fittings just allows you to feed 4mm SWA through it, and you can also just fit this size of cable through the 90 degree fitting with some bending and pulling. The whole cable length from house to cabin is around 25M, and at both ends using these elbow fittings it was easy to transition from the horizontal run 600mm deep to a vertical run to a surface mounting waterproof box whilst keeping water out - each box contains the correct SWA clamp ends ensure that earth continuity is maintained in the outer armour of the cable, and a warning tape is also buried around 150mm above the pipe containing the cable. The great thing about these fittings is that, unlike some other “push-fit” types, they do not rely on water pressure inside the pipe to maintain the seal; these fittings just have a gasket and doing up the grey end caps puts pressure on the gasket and provides a great seal.
