Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well, quite noisy It works very well, the only issue that I found it is that is quite noisy when the water is running. Dropping from 6 bar to 1.5, installed in ceiling void, access panel shut and still you can hear it. Beside that, all good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value pressure reducing valve Iv got really high mains water pressure. So fitted this reducing valve to balance the cold and hot to feed my walk-in shower. Good clear gauge so you can set it to the desired pressure. Comes to fit 22mm pipes but also has reducing olives to fit 15mm. It works a treat, it's easy to alter the flow to get that perfect balance between hot and cold. Would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but need better fitting instructions. OK bit of kit and not had any issues with the ones that I've fitted. The reduction to 15mm is a bit tricky and it took me several tries to get it all in the right place. Not needing the 22mm olives was good but needed mentioning in the instructions!! Getting the reduction fittings in the right way around was also a bit of a gamble and it's not easy to see that they're in two parts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from How to use the reducers Not my first choice but had to use it in a pinch. Found it was better than expected. The instructions are totally inadequate (face-palm). If you are going to use the 15mm reducers you do not need 15mm olives or the 22mm olives supplied. Make sure you use jointing compound when inserting the reducer into the valve body (the long end of the reducer goes in first). Then also put jointing compound in the 15mm hole - you'll see there is a small ring inside, fill it that's the crimp. Now put the 22mm nut back on. Insert the 15mm copper pipe (I wouldn't trust pex even with an insert on this valve) tighten until you hear a slight crack or feel the 22mm nut give way slightly, this means the crimp has formed. Now tighten it up snug. Don't use too much jointing paste it will block the filter.
