Ensure a professional and long-lasting screed floor installation for your underfloor heating system. This foam edge strip is installed around the perimeter of the room to create a vital expansion gap, allowing the screed to expand and contract naturally with temperature changes.

In addition to providing an expansion gap, the edge strip also has insulating properties that help to minimise heat loss at the edges of the floor, improving the overall efficiency of your heating system. It is a simple but essential component for any screed UFH project.

• Creates an expansion gap – allows the screed floor to move without cracking.
• Minimises heat loss – insulating properties improve system efficiency.
• Essential for screed floors – ensures a durable and professional installation.
• 8mm thick and 150mm high – for standard screed applications.
