Covid-19 Update
- Free Next Business Day delivery for orders over £25 to home and site is available for orders placed before 5pm
- Saturday and Sunday delivery is now available for orders placed before 4pm on Friday for Saturday delivery and 4pm Saturday for Sunday delivery, see here for details

Due to current trading conditions we have suspended our Call & Collect service until further notice.
If you are using our Click & Collect service please note the following:
- Order online or over the phone and collect in branch from 5 minutes later.
- Ensure you check stock is available for collection at your chosen branch.
- Check branch opening hours to ensure you have sufficient time to collect.
- For items not available for same day collection, place order before 7pm Mon-Fri (4pm Sun) and you can collect Next Business Day (Mon-Fri) after 3pm.

Poor design.
Bought 3 of these to be fitted in our bathroom. The springs to hold the holder in place are weak. When you place a Bulb in, it weighs down the holder that gaps appear around thus losing the IP65 rating.
Secondly, we have loft insulation and dust seat on the glass as there is nothing to protect it from that on the other side. We did make wooden squares in the loft to protect the light from the insulation but dust is another story. We ended up buying the closed led units.

Nice lights
Took two orders (and two payments!) To collect. Had to modify holding clips for junction blocks as too tight for 1.5mm cable. Apart from this, straight forward install. Happy with flexility of changeable bulbs!

Very good quality
I am happy with the down lights, however the black terminal box is to small for 1.5 T+E and struggled to insert the cores into the maintenance free connections.

New downlights
I bought these to replace the old downlights which need a transformer. These are easy to install and fit nicely to the existing holes in the ceiling. They look good as well and good price
