Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Just Yer Ordinary Screws These are excellent screws, with heads a little larger than usual. This makes them ideal for fitting door hinges, or for use when you have a somewhat-oversized hole and you don’t want the head to pull through. They are very handy when you need to join pieces of wood together really closely, but can’t clamp the joint, so you need the screwing-down to squeeze surplus glue out of the joint…OK, that’s bodgery, but sometimes it needs to be done. These may therefore be regarded as the “get you out of trouble” screws for when standard sized-heads are just a tad too small., or one has been a little over-enthusiastic with the power screwdriver. I keep the full selection of sizes! I used over a hundred of these when assembling a plywood dungeon-style door for my kitchen (see my review of Hinge Fronts 15525, assuming it gets published!). You can’t see any of them in the photo, because they are hidden under filler and paint, but rest assured they are doing sterling work holding that door together…and, like all hidden screws, are guaranteed to blunt the saw, axe, drill-bit or chisel of anyone trying cut through it!
