Product Details

This heavy-duty strap bend is ideal for horizontal restraint applications, such as tying timber roofs and floors into masonry walls. It's formed from corrosion-resistant, pre-galvanised edge-coated steel for a longer lifespan. The strap is 1000mm in length, with a bend at 150mm.

Pre-punched holes are offset from the centre so you can affix it securely and be sure that it won't wobble. The strap is suitable for fixing with either galvanised round wire nails or woodscrews. It can be fitted with wall plugs for vertical restraint in masonry.

Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above
Saturday Delivery – £10.00 or £5.00 for orders over £25 & FREE for orders over £75 (order by 6pm Friday)

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Please check our May Bank Holiday Opening and Delivery Times for more information on store openings and order collections this weekend.

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light Stand I have a small warehouse and the overhead lights are never where you want them, so I screw these to the wooden shelving uprights and place an LED floodlight on the top (facing down) to provide lighting for each aisle. Ordinarily a 5* but recent cost increases... less VFM.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from With added twist ... Reasonably robust bar 27 x 4mm, with holes that will take up to an M6 fitting. Later noticed that the bar had a twist in the long "straight" section. Upon advice from customer services, returned this to store for a swap. The store checked their stock and all were twisted in the same area. A useful strap but you may struggle to get a "correct" item as should be the case

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad service I bough 6 of these straps for an single story extension job. Tried to buy click & Collect locally but the shop did not have the stock. Checked Delivery was ok so I bought it on delivery. However, only 4 were delivered onsite and when I called up customer service, I wss informed they did no have the stock. What a mess. I was given a refund for the 2 missing one and was told to return the 4 to my local branch if I don't need it. Very bad customer service and Toolstation needs to examine their computer system. Luckily the local branch had stock magically so I was able to complete the tasks but the amount of time wasted was unnecessary. The ONE star is for service not the product.
