Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hafele kitchen carousel ToolStation, easy item to find, easy to order, good price, quick delivery, quite well packaged. I bought 2 x Hafele carousel baskets, I chose the ones that fit onto the cupboard upright rather than Central spindle. They were very easy to fit (5 screws for each bracket, comes with product) use a small drill bit for the pilot holes, then attach bracket and basket fits in using a pin which drops in and is also the spindle. Both baskets fitted easily in under 10 minutes. Although you lose a bit of shelf space it is actually possible to use 3 carousels, so you can gain a bit of space. Not a criticism, but it is worth fitting a couple of sticky buffers onto the doors where the carousel touches because they swing out very easily. All in all a pretty good product, good value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality and not made in CHINA there are several things I like about this Hafele product: the quality and strength, ease of installation which and opens up a very difficult cupboard to access and secondly - it is made in the EU - not China. I always buy British or EU in preference to PRC.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value Good value item as it’s well-made in terms of construction but the hinge was not 90° to the vertical it was about 85. So it didn’t quite fit snugly over the hinge that sits on the unit. Nothing a mole wrench can’t sort out but let it down slightly. Look good works fine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicely made product Bought this to replace an old identical product which was badly worn on the swivels. The fixing holes for the swivel brackets where similar but not identical, so the old screw holes had to be drilled out and dowels glued in to fix the new brackets. Otherwise it is easy to fit if you can fit yourself in the cupboard to do it. To make the brackets fit snugly on the upright it is necessary to take the square corner off with a file. This carousel looks the business and is much better than the old plastic covered steel version it replaced.
