Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Flush I got this to replace a flapper valve that was leaking and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to fit and the ease of use. It meant taking the cistern off the wall and undoing the inlet connection but was very straightforward to fit then. I'm no plumber but found it very easy - 30 minutes once I got started. The short flush mechanism takes a bit of getting used to - you have to lift the handle. But very pleased so far

If you have a double-trap syphonic toilet be aware this product will not work. No warning on product description or on product website to prepare customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of assembly This was for the first conversion of an old siphon system. have since ordered second. Just a hint from an aged DIY plumber don't try to use the existing close coupled cistern/pan seal. Quite damp!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement flush I bought this as a replacement for an old siphon which needed surprise to flush first time. Easy to fit, though I had to replace the old ball cock as new unit was a bit in the way. Lovely easy flush and would use this again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Double check the product fits before dismantling c Purchased to replace an old syphon type Double check that the handle mechanism is suitable, as on some old toilets the hole for the handle is too large, and no spacers come with product for different diameters of hole. Also the screw thread on handle has become shorter in length. So now less versatile Plus side it’s so much easier to flush so would suit elderly or people with arthritis

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handle flush. Easy to fit and the lever handle is great. However, at the end of the short flush there is a loud ‘bump’ nois. I’m told by the firm that they are aware of the issue but can do nothing about it.
