Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job Had an issue where it would keep dripping if set to my fill line (which was very near the maximum for the unit), set to a touch underneath and it fills then stops fine. Also it's described as quiet fill but I certainly wouldn't describe it as quiet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more ballcock? Solid piece of kit suitable for beginners. Plenty of instruction videos online but it's not too complicated. Might surprise you, as it did me, you just don't need a ballcock anyone. It's an inlet, it's a waterfall, it's practically a work of art.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but check space required Generally easy to fit, various videos online to help if needed. The only thing I didn't find clear was where the full water level is in relation to the valve body. Construction, like most valves these days, is plastic, time will tell how this endures - seems OK so far. The float 'tank' alongside of the main valve stem means that the valve takes up quite a bit of space inside the cistern, especially lower down. I only just has enough space to get the valve in next to a conventional syphon flush in a traditional ceramic cistern. Saying that, there are no external moving parts at the side of the float chamber so it can be right up to the sides of the cistern. Other things to watch, the water level is quite a way down from the top of the valve. I have the top of the valve set as high as the cistern lid will allow and with the float adjustment set at maximum the water level is just below that of the old valve and the marked fill line on the inside of the cistern. Operationally, the valve does exactly as expected. Reasonably quiet and quick fill with a positive shut off.
