Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Open the box before you leave the store I give only one star as I needed to give a star to open up the report form for Toolstation. I ordered these light colour door latches for "click and collect" the next day. When I came to collect the next day I was handed a box with "eclipse" printed on it and also the Toolstation invoice attached showing my name and address and also the correct name of the doorhandles I had ordered. I happily left the shop. When I arrived home I put the box on the table and it happened that the Invoice label was downwards so I had first sighting of the other side of the box. I was surprised to see it that it illustrated "Monza Latch Plate Matt Black". Sure enough that's what was in the box, a pair of them We did have urgent use for two new doorhandles so my wife agreed that we should use what had been supplied in error, rather than having to return them and then having to wait for the ordered handles to be sent. The Monza door handles are first-rate. Standard spring-mechanism design within the strong matt black latch plate. The slight 3-dimensional curvature of the matt black handles enables one's hand to fit so naturally and comfortably to the handles. Much nicer than the straight handles of the Auriga choice ! I would give FIVE STARS rating to these particular Monza handles Toolstation sent to me.
