For heavy-duty grinding jobs, this diamond concrete disc from Toolpak is a great choice. The professional-quality grinding disc has a double row of segments, which makes it ideal for tougher applications, such as removing old render, concrete or tile adhesive, and working with concrete.

The diamond disc will work quickly to remove concrete and masonry materials, including natural stone, bricks, blocks and kerbs. It can also be used for removing shuttering marks in concrete for a smoother finish. With its hard diamond segments, this robust concrete grinding disc will outlast traditional abrasives.

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant for concrete Made a concrete foundation for a new summer house, and had a mishap at one end where the height in certain areas was up to 8 mm too high, which needed rectifying. The grinding disc made light work of the issue over about 6 hours of use. The disc still has plenty of carbide left. Also found it very good for removing concrete from the shuttering without damaging the wood to reuse later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works, very well. I needed a way to remove hard waterproof tile cement from cement backer boards. All previous approaches had failed, but this thing did the trick. Pricey, but worth the investment. High quality PPE required though as it creates a lot of dust.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job on mortar and tile adhesive. I used it to remove mortar and tile adhesive from the back of a travertine tiles and it did the job nicely. The only "but" is that when is new it's quite rough and the grinder vibrates a lots, when it wears down just a bit is smooth and nice to work with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great removal of mortar or tile adhesive would recommend Great grinding disk only negative is the opening / bore is tight to get the locking nut to seat with my DeWalt grinder due to the shap/curvature of the disk maybe need a shank extension would still recommend just make sure it is fitted as intended (wear a mask and PPE)
