Toolstation Club is a free to join loyalty program open to all customers, which gives access to additional benefits, promotions and exclusive rewards.

Toolstation Club is made up of two tiers: 'Toolstation Club' and 'Toolstation Trade Club', depending on your spending . The more you spend the more rewards are available. Upon sign up customers will have access to one calendar month of 5% off all transactions, access to exclusive rewards and promotions.

Toolstation Club is made up of two tiers. Toolstation Club is free to join and a customer's tier is determined by their spend per month. The tiers are as follows:

Toolstation Club: 

• Access to TS Club promotions and offers.

• 5% discount on all Toolstation purchases (auto applied on the 1st month after sign up / subject to £75 minimum monthly spend thereafter).

Toolstation Trade Club:

Toolstation Club customers can obtain Trade Club status by either:

• Spending £150/month with Toolstation.

OR

• Having a Trade Credit account with Toolstation.

Customers on the Trade Club will get access to the 5% discount, and more:

• Free next business day delivery with Toolstation.

• Exclusive Trade Club rewards and discounts.

All customers, both new and existing are eligible to join Toolstation Club once the registration process has been completed. Customers who had previously opened a Trade Account with Toolstation or who successfully applied for Toolstation Trade Club Credit, will automatically be enrolled into the highest tier of Toolstation Club.

To continue receiving your 5% discount after the first month, you need to spend a minimum of £75 in the previous calendar month, either in-store, online, or through the Toolstation app.

If you don’t spend £75 in a month, you’ll temporarily lose the 5% discount but are able to regain this the following month by meeting the spend criteria.

Yes, the 5% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any affiliate offers or certain promotions.

Yes, refunds and returns are subtracted from your total spend. Your net spend (total purchases minus any refunds) must meet the minimum spend criteria to be eligible for the 5% discount the following month.

Yes, by becoming a member you agree to receive communications about Toolstation Club, its benefits, rewards, or competitions. You will also receive communications from third-party partners about Toolstation Club benefits. 

Yes, you can opt-out of communications from third-party partners. Instructions will be provided in the communications for opting out. You still receive relevant communications from Toolstation Club (i.e. tier changes, system updates, etc).

The Toolstation Trade Account has been redesigned to work in conjunction with Toolstation Club, under the new name of Toolstation Trade Club Credit. Toolstation Trade Club Credit will function the same as a Trade Account, but will give you more rewards and offers than before.

You can leave Toolstation Club at any time, via the Club section in your account online or via the app. Upon leaving the Toolstation Club, you will stop receiving communications, discounts and benefits within 48 hours.
