Twin Thread Screws
Twin thread screws feature a dual-thread profile designed to halve insertion and removal times compared to standard single-thread fasteners. They are used for high-speed fastening into softwood, hardwood, and MDF across timber framing, floorboarding, and general joinery applications.
The range includes countersunk heads for a flush finish, and Pozi drives to prevent cam-out during high-torque driving. Available in multi-packs of 100 or 200. We also supply standard wood screws, decking & roofing screws, and masonry screws manufactured by Forgefix, Duratool, and FandF.
Single Thread Screws vs Twin Thread Screws
A single thread screw has one continuous thread running from the head toward the pointed tip, whilst twin threads have two threads, allowing them to be driven or removed twice as fast.
