How do I know what size 500mm radiator I need?

To find the right radiator, you must calculate the required BTU (British Thermal Unit) output for your specific room. Once you have your BTU figure, look at the 500mm high models and find a length and "Type" (e.g., Type 11, Type 21, or Type 22) that matches or slightly exceeds that output.
