Mayor Of Runnymede To Open Toolstation To The Trade In Staines-Upon-Thames

The Mayor of Runnymede, Cllr. Iftikhar Chaudhri will be opening Toolstation’s new branch meet the local trade in Staines-Upon-Thames on Friday 11th May 2018 from 12pm.

The new Staines-Upon-Thames branch which is located at Unit 2, Hawthorne Trade Park, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW18 3AY will be creating seven new jobs for local people and bringing low prices on everyday trade supplies to customers in the area. Its opening is the latest in Toolstation’s growing network of over 300 branches and the store is open seven days a week, from 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm Saturdays and 9am to 4pm Sundays. The opening demonstrates a commitment to convenience that makes it easier for the local trade to get the supplies they need, when they need them.

From Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th May customers are being offered 10% off everything in the branch and on Friday there will be a supplier demonstration from Hitachi. The Mayor of Runnymede will be officially opening the branch and cutting the ribbon between 12pm – 1pm on Friday 11th May.

Announcing the opening, branch manager Scott Freeborn says:

“It’s great to open our new branch in Staines-Upon-Thames and to introduce ourselves to the trade locally. Our team here really do pride themselves on making it quick and easy for our customers to get their trade supplies by calling in or using our click and collect service. We are looking forward to lending a hand to the tradespeople nearby and offering the best products for the jobs they have. We’re looking forward to meeting new customers from the area at our opening event and showing them what Toolstation has to offer”.

The Staines-Upon-Thames branch offers a large range of products that includes all the essentials such as screws, cables, sealants, plumbing fittings and power tools as well as leading branded products such as Makita, Stanley, Milwaukee and Crown Paints.
