Cordless dremmel
Bought this for a fiddley little job I needed to do, was brilliant for what I needed it for, the only downside is the battery doesn't last very long had to charge it 3 times to finish the job. Could do with an extra battery with it.

Versatile tool
However despite the multi tool being well made and very low vibration - after three charges of the battery the charger failed.This meant a trip across the city to exchange and and a wasted hour. Hence why the four and not five star review

Upgrade of a slightly cheaper multi-tool
Purchased the Dremel 8220-2 45 Piece 12V Li-Ion Multi-Tool Kit 1 x 2.0Ah a few weeks back and although I don't agree with organizations requesting reviews almost immediately after purchase - if manufacturers had faith in their product they would wait 6 months to a year to request feedback.
Anyway to break my rule, I purchased the kit to replace an aging JML multi-tool kit which survived well over 10 years doing tiny/small jobs. Having paid quite a bit more money for the Dremel, you can instantly notice the difference in build quality. The Dremel seems fairly robust (ask me again in 10 years and I'll confirm) and seems capable of handling the tasks thrown at it - so far I have only used it for detail sanding.
My only gripes with the tool are as follows;
1. The weight of the tool would make me question whether it would be suitable for use in delicate craft like situations;
2. I would question whether the lowest speed setting of 5000 rpm is suitable for craft users or maybe it's myself not being familiar with the difference in performance between my old kit and the new.
I haven't rated the Reliability as I do not think I can give a relevant opinion based on a few weeks of ownership.

brilliant piece of kit, so versatile
I bought this as a gift for my hubby as a friend has one, what a brilliant piece of kit. My only small complaint is the accessories for it could be in a better organised case rather than all just thrown in?
