How Do Anchor Bolts Work?
Typically, you drill a hole into the concrete using a power drill with a masonry bit, screw the washer at the top of the bolt, place it in the drilled hole, hammer it to make sure it reaches the bottom and tighten the nut until it is secure. You can then remove the washer.
