Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great light fitting. Great light at a bargain price. Almost perfectly flush with the ceiling with an evenly illuminated emitting area. Gives a good light output in our entrance porch. I agree with the other reviewers about the springs being over strong. I was using an existing hole that needed slight enlargement so I tied the spring clips together with string so I could try out the hole as I went. The instructions have a very odd suggestion to fit the lamp then find another way round behind it to connect it up. Can't imagine why they would suggest this, just do what you would with any other lamp - connect it up, test it works then push the driver and wires up into the hole and spring the light in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Celing light Quite easy to fit - although a covered captive terminal for connection to house wiring would be better … tempting to use choc strip or similar to connect the bare wire ends, when an enclosed junction box should probably be used. Spring holding clips are very strong - so will damage your carefully cut hole if you need to remove it once fitted.
