Collection Details

We are fully open and delighted to welcome our customers into our branches. Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday

We advise that you check your local branch is open on the branch locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the branch you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Taps . . . but . . despatch problems Purchased two sets of these taps online to replace existing taps. I have to admit, they look great, ooze quality and really enhance our bathrooms. HOWEVER . . . the dimensions quoted on the Toolstation site are wrong and misleading. The taps were specified at a different size, although not what I wanted, I decided to go ahead, I'm so glad I did. The size of the actual tap is just perfect, taller than stated. The fittings etc. are quality and come with all the components to make fitting simple. Toolstation, why not provide a manufacturers diagram which contains all the dimensions? The other issue I had was with despatch. I ordered two taps, delivery was confirmed and duly took place on the day/date specified. When I received the package, to my dismay, only one tap was contained within the package. That's when the frustration started. I contacted Toolstation, explained the problemm only to be informed that an email would be sen to the warehouse requesting a stockcheck? I reminded the advisor that I had ordered two taps, only one delivered and could she not just call the warehouse and have my tap sent out? This action would remove the potential of a delay in me receiving what I had ordered. It appears that staff are not permitted got contact the warehouse by telephone? due to the fact there are so many delivery and stock problems each day, staff would spend all their time speaking to the warehouse and not frustrated customers . . . seriously!!! After 5 minutes, I asked for the number for someone who could help me. I was given one and spoke to 'complaints'. The staff member on the surface was very helpful, understood my predicament and my frustration, assured me that she would put things in motion for my missing tap to be sent out for next day delivery. Sorted I thought . . . how wrong could I be! Obviously, before my tap was sent out, they carried out some form of check as my delivery did not happen next day but the following day. Luckily, I had arranged for my plumber to come at the end of the week, so had both taps by Thursday evening for my plumber to fit on Friday. A very frustrating experience and the first and last time I will use Toolstation for home delivery. If I ever shop with Toolstation again, it will only be for items they have in stock at the local store.
