Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good replacement This was to replace a broken hinge on a twenty five year Anglian window. Had to straighten out a small off set in one fixing arm. But worked like a dream. Very good price too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Check fit first Well made hinge by ERA. Like another reviewer the hinge I was replacing was exactly like the photo with a metal top. The item supplied had a plastic top/cap which meant the window sat fractionally too low using the original mounting points and didn't clear the frame at the bottom. Rather than drilling more holes, I was able to take out the plastic insert and mount using the original holes. Not ideal but it worked. Luckily this was at ground level in a conservatory and not on the first floor. I would recommend on the proviso that 2mm can make a great difference. Measure carefully
