Cut clean and accurate holes in soft facing stone, bricks and blocks with this extra-long Mexco Premium Dry diamond core drill. With its 400mm length, it will penetrate through a cavity wall without the need for an extension bar.

• Cuts clean and accurate holes in bricks and blocks

• 400mm length penetrates cavity wall without the need for an extension bar

• Slotted barrel for faster waste removal

• ½” BSP female fitment

• High diamond concentration for all-round performance

• Should be used with a minimum 850W drill motor fitted with slipping clutch

• Not to be used on hammer action

• Use with diamond core drill adaptor hex shank 84790 or SDS shank 82224

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality core drill I own a number of core drills now, 3 of which are Mexco and have always found them to be good quality and reliable. As the 22mm drill is pretty small you do need to be careful not to overwork it or you risk the cutting teeth falling off if it gets too hot.

I’ve got a Marcrist 4” core that whistled through the same material. But it did get there and didn’t burst the masonry out. Use on drill only NOT precusion/hammer.
