1. No purchase necessary, entry is free
2. Promoter – Toolstation, Express park, Bridgwater, TA6 4RN
3. Entries can be made on the Toolstation Facebook Page. Only 1 entry per person per household is valid.
4. Entries constitute in liking, commenting or sharing the post on the Facebook page.
5. Closing date for entries is 18th June 11:59 2019
6. The winner will be notified on Facebook by direct message no later than 28th June 2019.
7. Five winners will be picked at random to receive 1 of 2 DeWalt DW033-XJ Laser Distance Measurers.
8. If the winner hasn’t replied within 24 hours to the Facebook Message sent by the Promoter announcing he/she has won the prize, it will be awarded to another participant
9. Prizes: 1 of 2 DeWalt DW033-XJ Laser Distance Measurers.
10. The prizes will be sent to the winner from Toolstation.
11. Promotion is open to UK residents over 18, excluding employees of Toolstation and their families.
12. Prizes can only be dispatched to a UK postal address, are non- transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. The winner’s details will be available from the promoter.
14. The winner agrees to participate in publicity resulting from the promotion without the need for additional compensation.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.
