DO NOT BUY LYTE LADDERS
I originally purchased over a month ago and have had no end of trouble with the manufacturer. First set of ladders arrived bashed and damaged so had to have a second set of ladders delivered but they did not collect the first set at the same time. The second set turned out to be the wrong ladders compared to what I originally ordered. I decided enough was enough and just wanted them collected to have a refund but this turned out to be its own nightmare. The manufacturer does not care about the end customer at all, my only saving grace was I had Toolstation to help get it resolved. Toolstation great but manufacturer terrible - I would strongly advise against buying this manufacturer's brand.
