What are the Different Types of Keyhole Covers?

Escutcheons, or keyhole covers, can be fitted to locks, providing extra security whilst adding a clean, discreet finish to any doors. They are available in several materials, including stainless steel, brass, nickel and chrome. Choose a door lock cover plate to hide locks from view or an uncovered escutcheon for internal doors. Some models have a turn-lock incorporated into their design and a helpful indicator, allowing users to see if the bathroom is engaged or vacant.
