Homepage – Return to our homepage when browsing by clicking on the Toolstation logo at the top of the page.
Navigation – Search our site by description, item number or keyword using the search bar. You can also browse using the Departments drop down in the upper-left of the website.
Adding a product to the trolley – Select either store collection or delivery straight to your door to add the current item to your trolley. Increase or decrease the quantity using +/- buttons provided.
Quickshop – If you know the product codes you require already, go to your trolley and enter the part numbers in the Quick Add field.
Stock Availability – Check stock availability for the product you are browsing by selecting the delivery option, or the store you wish to check, from the drop down box on the right of the page. The number of products available will be shown for each part in the line listing.
Trolley – You can check stock availability for delivery or at your local store using the drop down box on the right-hand side. When you have completed your trolley, proceed to Checkout where you can select delivery or collection, and use a promo code if you have one.
Checkout – To proceed to the checkout, you are required to sign in or register. Once logged in, select your desired delivery address and service, or select Click & Collect.
Payment – The secure payment process is straightforward and we accept most forms of credit or debit card (click for details). You can also choose to pay via Paypal when ordering via our website.
Order Confirmation – Once payment has been successfully processed, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation screen. You’ll find your unique order reference number along with details of your order. This will also be emailed to you.
Quick Trolley Codes – If you aren’t ready to order right away, click Get a Quick Trolley Code to receive a unique code to refer to your trolley later. This code can be used in any store or over the phone, and will automatically add your selected part codes to your order.
At the Counter – A member of the team will take your order details and once confirmed will pick your order. If more items are required than the stock level available then these can be ordered before 9pm (Sunday 4pm) your order will usually be delivered on the next business day by 6pm. Alternatively you can choose to collect your items from the store on the next business day after 3pm.
Payment – We accept cash and most credit or debit cards (click for details) and an invoice will be printed to complete the order.
Click & Collect – You can also browse online or on your smartphone before visiting the store and check stock. If items are available, you can proceed to the checkout and select the Customer Collection option. Choose your store from the drop down list and check for the green confirmation message before continuing to payment. Confirm your order and collect from the store from 5 minutes later. If items are not available for same day collection, then place a separate order before 9pm Monday to Thursday (or before 5pm Sunday) and you can collect Next Business Day after 3pm.
Call us – A member of the team will take your order details and once confirmed will confirm your delivery or collection options.
Payment – We accept most credit or debit cards (click for details) and this will be processed in a secure manner.
Click & Check – You can also browse online or on your smartphone before phoning to check stock for each part you require. Use the Quick Trolley button on the Trolley page and note your code. Quote this code to our team when you phone to avoid the need to read out all of your individual part numbers.
You can order by calling on 0330 333 3303. Our UK Call Centre is open 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Please note that these products will be delivered directly from one of our suppliers and delivery times can vary. Each product will state the delivery time frame in the top right hand corner of the product page. Delivery times can vary between 2-5 days depending on the item and the supplier. Direct Ship items are not available for Saturday delivery. Transport regulations mean that some products cannot be delivered to offshore locations. These products are flagged as "Unavailable offshore" under "Additional information".

Age Restrictions apply to some products; these products are flagged as “Age restricted (18)” under “Additional information” and we may occasionally have to ask for proof of age before despatching an order.
Sometimes, products have to be substituted with alternatives, of equal or higher quality; these may differ in detail from their catalogue image.
