Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT Rocket science. This amp is a DISTRIBUTION AMP and not a signal amp. First I ensured that I had a good signal at the antenna, for this I purchased a new hi gain antenna. Next I connected to one TV and adjusted the Arial until the best signal was found on all channels. It took a couple of TV re-tunes but finally I got a perfect picture across all Freeview channels. Then I added this product to the aerial coax and took a cable to each point where a TV was required. Result + perfect picture at every TV point regardless how many TVs are operating simultaneously.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great distribution splitter. Works well. People are writing on here that it didnt inprove signal......that doesnt suprise me, as that IS NOT WHAT ITS DESIGNED FOR ! This is a distribution amp, to supply extra tv's FROM AN ALREADY GOOD SIGNAL. An amp CANNOT inprove signal to noise ratio. Is there is a poor but sufficient signal, a MASTHEAD amp might help. This will improve to strength of the signaldown the co-ax, and hence any noise induced within the co-ax run will have a lower S/N ratio. If that doesnt work, you need a taller aerial pole, or a higher gain aerial, or your site just might not be good enought to receive a TV signal. If in doubt consult an expert, dont just guess and blame the kit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just didn’t work I had a weak signal so bought this and a signal strength tester. When I plugged it in increased signal strength but neither my tv or BT box could find any channels apart for pay view.... I’m taking it back!!!
