Next Day Delivery – £5.00 or FREE for orders over £25

  • Order before 9pm Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery
  • Order Friday to Sunday before 5pm for Monday delivery
  • Orders placed after Sunday at 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday
Pre-12pm Delivery – £10.00 to arrive before 12pm on the scheduled days above

Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value Bought this to cut fire wood for our stove..Really pleased with it so far for a cheap chainsaw .. easy to assemble and was effortless cutting through the bits of wood I had .. just remember it doesn’t come with oil so make sure you buy some from Toolstation when there.. only thing I’m not 100% on is the tension screw .. it’s a bit fiddly, first few tries is was undoing it self when operating through vibrations..done it a bit tighter and hasn’t had the issue ..

I have a 14inch Husqvarna that is great for stuff up to 300 mm dia but this is just the job for the big stuff. It didn’t feel right the first time I tried to start it, pulling the starter doesn’t seem to fully crank the engine but it started really easy. More than happy for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Totally disappointed absolute waste of money I bought this after reading the good reviews, I must have been unlucky and bought a rubbish one . Got it home and it wouldn’t start had to send it away to be repaired, they wouldn’t allow me to return it to the store to exchange for a new one as it had fuel it . I found out there was a faulty ht lead to the spark plug Item returned yesterday still it wouldn’t start then the pull cord snapped. Got a refund and bought a different one from elsewhere. I’ve never had a problem with Toolstation before the store staff are always helpful and friendly, but the online customer support I will be polite and just say not very helpful.
