Collection Details

Our opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

Don’t forget your mobile number – Make sure your mobile number is added so that we can text you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your text or email before coming to collect your items.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good spread/brightness of light Fitted one of these to replace a fairly old LED GU10 that'd finally given up after years of solid service. First impressions are "whoa, that's bright!". This is partly due to me having forgotten that the old bulbs were actually 3.5W vs the 5W of this one, but also due to the much wider beam angle of this bulb throwing light into parts of the room that'd previously been somewhat less well illuminated... Given that the wider beam angle was something I *had* deliberately gone for when choosing this, it's pleasing to see that it really does make as much of a difference as you'd hope/expect - I may now have to think about pre-emptively replacing the other bulbs in this room given how much better even just this one bulb makes it look. As with any regular GU10 bulb, fitting was trivially easy, and it fits perfectly into the older ceiling mounts designed back in the days when GU10's were all halogen. As it's only been in place for a couple of hours now, it remains to be seen whether this bulb gives anywhere like the number of hours of operation either as claimed on the box, or in comparison to the one it replaced, hence why I've only given it a 4* rating right now. Couple of things to note - unlike all the other LED GU10's I've got around the house, this one takes a split second to turn on. If you were using these bulbs to illuminate an entire room then it probably wouldn't be noticeable, but when used as a replacement for just one out of several bulbs, the comparision in startup times is quite obvious. Also don't be alarmed when you get the bulb and see it rated as a lowly F for efficiency on the box rather than the A+ you may have been expecting from the product description - the way bulbs are rated has recently changed, so whilst previously all LED bulbs would have ended up with an A(+) rating (which was useful in the early days when comparing them against other types of bulb), the new method makes it easier to compare one LED bulb against another.
